On the page for the item you are after, click the size you need, a pop
up of 'notify me when back in stock' will appear, and you can input your
phone number and email to receive text and email notifications when the
garment has been restocked.

We do our very best to keep every outfit true to size however each
garment can fit slightly differently depending on fabric and style. For
more information on sizing and fit visit our sizing guide.

Unfortunately once an order is finalised we can’t change the method of
payment, but your store credit never expires so you can use it with your
following order.

Unfortunately items cannot be held in your cart. You will receive a
“forgot your items” reminder via email when you have left garments
there. However, items can still sell out whilst they are in your cart.

Sorry, we unfortunately do not offer wholesale on our stock.

We’re all about giving back to our customers so we run two weekly
competitions to win a $100 That’s So Fetch voucher via our socials. We
also frequently run bigger competitions and collaborations with some of

We encourage you to read the garment description for each individual
product, as our size guide does not cater for individual products.
Alternatively you can also email us for further, more detailed
information.

We upload new products multiple times each week, be sure to always keep
an eye out on our socials to be updated, as well as sign up to our
mailing list for frequent updates and insights or you can check out our
latest drops here.

We definitely restock items frequently, however individual items can
take more time than others - or may have completely sold out. The
easiest way to be notified is to sign up for our back in stock email
notifications.

You can opt out of these at any time. For emails just click the
unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email and for SMS simply click the
cancel link in the SMS.

We don’t have sales very often as we believe in having the best price we
can every day of the year but to be notified when we do have a sale on
the best way is the register for our email or sms notifications with the
form at the bottom of this page or to download our app with the links
at the bottom of the page.

Please be sure to check that your email and password is correct. If you
are still having troubles, maybe try resetting your password first. If
you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact customer care.
